Vfw's customers include around 1,500 companies from various sectors. In Germany, Vfw serves 72,000 collection points, including 18,000 chemists, practices and veterinary practices, 7,500 CE retailers, 2,000 hospitals, research institutes and other organisations in commerce and industry.

With its network competence in running these logistical structures, Vfw plays the role of a neutral partner with a link function between manufacturers, trade and end customers.
